Mary Lib's Boursin Cheese Spread

I don't know who Mary Lib might be, but if you're out there, give me a shout.

Lovely spread for crackers your Easter guests will enjoy

Mary Lib's Boursin Cheese Spread

3 pkgs. 8 oz. cream cheese

1 bottle Green Goddess salad dressing

3 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp. chopped chives

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. white pepper

Place all ingredients in blender ( or food processor) and mix.

Will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator.

To make party dip, add 1 jar jalapeno & cheese spread to Boursin mixture.
