Mama Nell and three of her Converse College friends went for a reunion

at a beach cottage in South Carolina, little knowing they'd be riding out a hurricane. They had a good time anyway.

Spinach Dip

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 medium chopped onion

Salt, pepper, & nutmeg to taste

1 small container sour cream

1measure of mayonnaise in sour cream carton

Squeeze all water out of spinach, then mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers, chips, or toasts and your favorite hurricane drink.
